Apartment and Condo Laundry Room Service

What's included

Commercial Pay Vacuums runs the laundry rooms in more than 940 apartment buildings, condominiums and other multifamily properties in Florida. We put the washers and dryers in, keep them working, and collect the money on our own routes. The property receives a commission on what the machines take in.

• Equipment. Commercial washers and dryers sized to your building and your number of units.
• Installation. Our crew delivers, hooks up and tests every machine.
• Repairs. Our technicians fix machines that break down. Residents or your manager call our office to report a problem.
• Collections. Collectors empty the machines on a regular route. Every bag is labeled with your location's ID and counted at our office.
• Commission. You are paid by check on the schedule in your contract.

Washers and dryers

We install commercial equipment from Speed Queen, GE and Whirlpool. Dryers are available for electric, natural gas or propane service, so we can match what your laundry room already has. Machines can take coins, cards, or both.

Across all of our properties we keep more than 4,600 washers and more than 4,300 dryers in service.

Commission plans

Most properties choose one of three plans: a percentage of collections, a percentage with a guaranteed minimum, or a fixed amount. Sales tax is figured by county. See how it works for the details.
