We look at the space, the power and gas hookups, and how much use the machines will get.

Equipment, service and your commission are all written into one contract.

We install the machines
Our crew delivers, installs and tests the equipment. Every machine is registered to your location.

We collect and pay you
Our collectors empty the machines on their route. Every bag is counted at our office and recorded against your location, and your commission goes out by check.
Commission plans
Every location is paid according to its contract. Most of our customers are on one of these three plans.
Commissions are paid by check. Most locations are paid monthly, and some are paid quarterly or once a year. Sales tax is figured by county.
- Percentage of collections
- You receive a fixed percentage of what the machines collect each period. The more the machines are used, the more you receive.
- Percentage with a guaranteed minimum
- The same percentage, with a minimum payment you receive even in a slow period.
- Fixed amount
- A set payment each period, whatever the machines collect.
How collections are counted
Every machine is registered to a location. When our collectors empty a machine, the money goes into a bag labeled with that location's ID. The bags come back to our office in Palmetto Bay, where they are counted on our coin counter and the totals are recorded against the location they came from.
Your commission is figured from those recorded totals, so what you are paid ties back to what your machines actually collected.
Service and repairs
Our own technicians handle repairs. If a washer, dryer, air or vacuum machine is out of order, call our office at 305-592-3321.
