Do I have to buy the washers, dryers or air machines?
No. We supply the equipment, install it and keep it running. The property receives a commission on what the machines collect.
Who repairs the machines?
Our own technicians. If a machine is out of order, call our office at 305-592-3321.
How is my commission figured?
It depends on the plan in your contract: a percentage of collections, a percentage with a guaranteed minimum, or a fixed amount. See how it works.
How often am I paid?
Commissions are paid by check. Most locations are paid monthly, and some are paid quarterly or once a year, as set in the contract.
How do I know what my machines collected?
Every machine is registered to your location. Collections go into bags labeled with your location's ID, and the bags are counted on our coin counter at our office and recorded against your location. Your commission is figured from those totals.
Can residents and customers pay with a card?
Yes. Machines can be set up for coins, cards, or both.
What laundry equipment do you install?
Commercial washers and dryers from Speed Queen, GE and Whirlpool. Dryers are available for electric, natural gas or propane service.
What kinds of properties do you work with?
Apartment buildings, condominiums and other multifamily properties for laundry rooms, and gas stations and convenience stores for air, water and vacuum machines.

How do we get started?
